Hey founders!

Something pretty wild just happened. I was reading my morning digest from Every.to and saw that OpenAI has officially released native image generation in ChatGPT-4o. The Every team got early access and their verdict? It's awesome - with "unmatched quality in text generation and information visualization." The only downside they mentioned is speed. But hey, that's relative. How long does it take us to ask a designer on Upwork to make a post image for us vs using ChatGPT-4o Image Gen for Business? Since I'm currently organizing an event in Vietnam, I decided to test using ChatGPT-4o for business in Vietnam myself. Not only did it generate an impressive image, but I was able to add the real title and tagline text directly in the same interface. The results were honestly mind-blowing.

If you want to try it yourself, here's a simple prompting structure that's working well:

Subject: What do you want to see? e.g., a robot walking a dog, a mountain landscape, a cyberpunk city

Style: How should it look? e.g., cartoon, photorealistic, watercolor, 3D render, pixel art3. Details: Add mood, lighting, setting, time of day, color tones, etc. e.g., sunset lighting, foggy atmosphere, neon colors, wide shot, close-up

Size (optional): Choose square, landscape, or portrait e.g., 1024x1024 for square, 1792x1024 for wide, 1024x1792 for tall

Example Prompt:A futuristic Tokyo street at night, glowing neon lights, raining, people with umbrellas, photorealistic, cinematic lighting, 1024x1024

What This Means For Us

I'm sitting here in Bloomington, Indiana, working on my dad's book, "The Accidental Astrologers," and the timing couldn't be more perfect. As I help translate his ideas onto the page, I'm struck by how AI could transform not just how we create books, but how we share them globally.

This isn't just about creating pretty pictures - it's about unlocking massive opportunities in the localization space. Imagine my dad's book instantly available with culturally appropriate imagery and perfectly translated text in dozens of languages, reaching readers we never could have accessed before. Think about it: To get ahead in this industry, we need to predict what's next and be ready for it. What if we integrated using ChatGPT-4o for business in Vietnam localized image generation into products like Thoughtflow?

I saw this firsthand at a restaurant in Vietnam (www.pho-24.com) where they had the same English/Vietnamese popover on both language versions of their site. Even for successful businesses, translating images across multiple languages is prohibitively expensive. But what if we could automate this process?

Working on my dad's book has shown me how powerful stories can be when they connect with readers on a personal level. Now imagine breaking down language barriers completely, allowing creators to share their work seamlessly across cultures. THIS IS THE FIRST STEP TO GAME OVER - or maybe just the beginning of a new game where the rules have changed dramatically.
